Shipping & Sustainability Policy:

At HoneyBeHappy, we believe self-care should be sustainable and high-quality. From our curing racks to your doorstep, we take every step to ensure your products arrive in peak condition.

 

Processing & Shipping -Ready-to-Ship Items:

 

Please allow 2–3 business days for us to hand-prepare and package your order.

 

Custom Soap Orders:

To ensure the highest quality and safety, custom soap orders require a minimum of 6 weeks. Soap takes time to cure properly, and we will never ship a product that isn't fully ready for use.

Shipping Method:

We ship using the most cost-effective methods available (typically USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail) to keep our products affordable for you.

 

Domestic Shipping:  

We currently only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international options in the future!

Our Eco-Commitment: We are committed to reducing waste and protecting our environment through mindful packaging:

• Reused Materials: To give resources a second life, we often reuse packing materials (like bubble wrap or padding). We encourage you to keep the cycle going and reuse them again!

• Compostable Virgin Materials: Any new "virgin" packing materials we use are 100% compostable, including our paper-based fillers and biodegradable peanuts.

Temperature & Quality Control:

Because our lip balms, hand salves, and specialty soaps are made with natural butters and oils, they are sensitive to extreme heat.

• Heat Delays: To ensure product quality, we reserve the right to delay shipping during periods of high temperatures (90°F+) if we believe the product may melt or be adversely affected in transit.

• Summer Shipping: If your order is held due to a heatwave, we will notify you via email. We recommend retrieving your package from your mailbox or porch promptly during summer months to prevent melting.
